Shipping

Every item is made to order and printed on demand. Orders are typically produced in 2–7 business days, after which delivery usually takes:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is shown before you pay. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Import duties or taxes that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size choice, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your size and options carefully before purchasing.

We will gladly replace or refund your order, at no extra cost, if it arrives:

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, replacements are produced and shipped at no charge to you.

If your order never arrives or is lost in transit, reach out and we'll resolve it with the carrier.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, email, and (optionally) phone number. We never sell your personal data.
